These terms cover use of this website. They do not cover the work itself, which is covered by the written agreement you sign before we start a job.
About the information here
We keep this site accurate. Descriptions of services, service areas and past work are given in good faith, but they are general descriptions and not promises about your specific property.
Estimates and quotes are not contracts
Anything you read here, and anything we tell you before we have seen the job, is an estimate. A price becomes firm only in a written quote or agreement signed by both of us. Site conditions, access, materials, permits and what we find once we start can all change a number, and we would rather say so up front than surprise you.
Submitting the form on this site does not book work and does not create an agreement. It starts a conversation.
Contacting you
When you send us your phone number through the form, you are asking us to get back to you about the work, so we will call or text you about it. We will not add you to any marketing list, and if you tell us to stop contacting you we will stop.
The photographs
Every photograph of finished work on this site is work performed by Wilson’s Deck’s & Concrete LLC. None of it is stock photography and none of it is anybody else’s work. Customer reviews are quoted as written, and where a single word has been changed for clarity it is shown in brackets.
Photographs are examples, not a specification. Materials, dimensions and finishes vary by job.
Licensing and insurance
Wilson’s Deck’s & Concrete LLC is licensed and insured. We are happy to provide proof directly on request.
Your side
Please do not copy the photographs or written content from this site for your own use, and please do not use the form to send us anything abusive or unlawful.
Limits
We do our best to keep the site up and correct, but we do not promise it will always be available or free of errors. Nothing on this website limits any obligation we have to you under a signed agreement for actual work.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina.
